The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

All image color analysis is performed entirely on your device. Analysis results are stored only on your device. We have no access to any of your data.

2. Photo Library Access

The App requests access to your photo library solely to allow you to select images for color analysis. Selected images are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server.

3. Camera Access

If you choose to take a photo for analysis, the App accesses the camera only at the moment of capture. Photos are processed on-device and are not transmitted externally.

4. Local Storage

Your favorite colors and analysis records are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is not accessible to us or any third party. Uninstalling the App will delete all local data.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

6. Data Security

We protect your data through:

  • iOS system-level encryption for local data
  • No user data stored on any server
  • No network communication, eliminating data breach risk

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not collect any information from any users, including children under 13.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
