Welcome to the Shei app ("the App"). The App is developed and operated by Azoicera (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd ("we"). Please read this agreement carefully before use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

The App is a network management tool that provides:

  • Contact information recording and management
  • Relationship tagging (introducer, meeting occasion)
  • Relationship graph visualization
  • Tag grouping and search
  • iCloud sync (optional)

3. Account and Purchase

3.1 Free Version

  • Store up to 25 contacts
  • All features available

3.2 Full Version

  • Unlimited contacts
  • One-time purchase, lifetime access

3.3 Purchase Terms

  • Purchases are processed through Apple App Store
  • One-time payment, no subscription required
  • No refunds after purchase (Apple policy)

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not enter others' sensitive private information for illegal purposes
  • Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App
  • Take full responsibility for content you enter

5. Intellectual Property

  • All rights to the App belong to Azoicera (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd
  • Data you enter belongs to you
  • Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the App is prohibited

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

  • Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Data will not be lost (please back up important data)

6.2 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. We are not liable for any losses caused by data errors.

6.3 Third-Party Services

The App relies on Apple iCloud and App Store services. Availability of these services is beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our maximum liability does not exceed the purchase price you paid

8. Agreement Modifications

We may modify this agreement from time to time. We will notify you in the app after modifications. Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the modified agreement.

9. Termination

  • You may stop using the App and uninstall at any time
  • We reserve the right to terminate your access for violating this agreement

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to courts with jurisdiction in Beijing.
